Is it possible to include spouse as accompanying spouse (earlier unaccompanying spouse ) after receiving nomination? If it is possible, how do we do that? Recalculated crs is 412 with spouse.

Hello everyone,

I got my NOI on January 26, 2018 and I submitted my application at 07/02/2018. I saw my application turned to DIP sometime but on May 2, 2018, I got an email from PNP saying that:

Dear XX,

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has assessed your Express Entry application to a positive decision. The Program is attempting to issue your nomination through the Express Entry portal.

Your Express Entry profile XX and Job Seeker Validation Code 2174 indicates a status of ‘no longer available for nomination’ in the Express Entry system. A status of “no longer available for nomination” means that the OINP is unable to issue you a nomination through the Express Entry system. Your registration in the Express Entry system, including a valid Express Entry number and Job Seeker Validation code, is a requirement of the Human Capital Priorities Stream and the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP).

Please confirm within 24 hours, if you wish to accept Ontario’s nomination. If you have received an Invitation to Apply from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, please advise us of your intention to:

· Reject the ITA issued by IRCC and accept Ontario’s nomination; or

· Withdraw your application with the OINP

If you would like to accept Ontario’s nomination, you will be required to provide a screenshot showing that you have rejected the ITA.

If your Express Entry profile became ineligible, please provide:

1. The IRCC letter indicating that your old Express Entry profile became ineligible due to technical issues

2. The Express Entry number/job seeker validation code for your new profile AND a copy of the letter you have received from IRCC acknowledging the new profile.

3. A letter explaining why you updated your profile and a list of the additional or updated information you provided in your new Express Entry profile.

4. Any additional information or documentation that is relevant to demonstrating your registration in the Express Entry.

After I got this email, I double checked my EE profile and I found that there was two section were 'In Progress'. I think it's because I updated my language test result and I forgot to save it. I don't know if it's the reason that they couldn't issue me the 600 points to my EE profile.

After that, I updated my EE profile and every section was submitted. I replied to the PNP email and asked them to re-issue the 600 points to my EE profile. However, my PNP application's status is 'Awaiting Information' and it's been almost 2 months since I got the email.

I called them like 10 times and I got the same answer every time. They just asked me to wait.

My EE score is 440 and I had a really bad luck. The draw before the last draw was 440 but I didn't receive the ITA because of Tie-breaking rule. Now the point is going up again.

Did anyone have the same situation as mine? Does someone know what I should do now?

Thanks in advance.

This is the case when person already get ITA and the profile is no longer in the pool coz of that and profile becoming ineligible for other reasons as mentioned in their mail. But are you saying that you never got ITA while your decision was pending with Ontario and your profile has always been active?

And did you get back to them with a reply within 24 hours of that mail?
To answer your earlier question, two sections being in progress is not the reason for the same.
