How long are the files going to be transferred after passing medical test?

Hi there, I am a Chinese residing in U.A.E . My medical test for spousal visa was passed on 12 June, but it's been 2 weeks and there is no news to inform me that my files are going to be transferred to a local office for further process. Please advise usually how long it takes for them to respond after the medical test is approved?
In addition, now I have more evidence such as insurance and honeymoon air tickets and hotel booking which I would like to add to support our marriage, so when and where shall I send these documents?

The medical exam is not tied to processing times. It is a standard part of the process, and there is no set amount of time after it's completion of when the processing will be done.

Do not send anything additional unless they ask.
