They emailed me this morning saying I don’t need to send it via fedex. They told me to scan and email it to them.

Sometimes its good to ask. I like to ask. I am waiting for them to send my children's passport back it will be 3 weeks monday coming. So i am patiently waiting.

This is my question people go for interviews and get the immigrant visa right on the spot? But a CHILD's passport sits in their office for weeks for them to do what? That should change especially under these circumstances like yours where a parent has died and the child needs to be reunited with the Father.
