PCC - Is it right?

So i submitted my request for PCC from my country and in the field for address I gave them my Canadian address. They are checking it trough name, dob, and something like SIN. There was no issues with receiving clear PCC.

Do you think Canadian Address on a European PCC may be a problem? I am confused.

If you are currently living in Canada and applying through Embassy, then there is no problem.

I live in Canada, but someone applied for it on my behalf with my authorization in hand.
