I am about to apply for my wife.
We have been married since 2008 in Pakistan have 4 kids.
My divorce from x-wife was not finalized till 2010 in Canada.
So my marriage is not recognized by the Canadian government.
Should I apply as common-law or Re-marry in Pakistan and apply as Spouse.

Application number is the same for both principal applicant and the sponsor person but their UCI numbers are different. So no need to worry about.
