Foreign medical degree ECA

Hi friends..,

I want to get eca report of my medical degree from Russia. So ,when I attempt to open a account on physician.ca ,there was a payment option of CD 285.

Is it mandatory to pay this amount to open a account or we can get ECA report through other options also. Please guide.

For medical degrees you will need this account, fee is mandatory.

That is just to open the account, the actual services have their own fees.
