Hi,

Yesterday I received an ITA.

I need to know if it at any point during the application process it will it required of me to provide proof of existing relatives in Canada.

My spouse's mother's sister lives there with her family for the past 30 years. Will she be considered family?

PS: While filing application for ITA I did not mention any existing relatives in Canada as I could not associate them with any of the provided categories (like direct siblings, or decendents).

Her aunt should've been mentioned in the profile.

- if you are CEC applicant, you dont need to show PoF
- your EE profile should be valid till the end of the processing of your application(even after submission).
if your IELTS/Language score expires after submitting your application and receiving the AoR then no issues.

Just another question, our bank is not able to provide our bank statements in English for the past documents only future docs...
Has anyone had this issue, as to translate this is not an easy task, and the bank is just saying sorry we cannot help you??

Why not get a one stop shop letter on their letter head from them mentioning that this is your bank account and this your balance?
The letter should be dated close to your application submission date

My eligibility is completed and recommended pass and I did not provide any birth certificate. My BGC is ongoing

The letter should be dated close to your application submission date

I think we necessarily need this letter from the bank, just account statements are not enough..

I only provided 6 months bank statements and that too from the internet bank... but I have a Canadian bank account....

Yes attach the ECA as the first doc followed by your university degree and make sheets/transcripts make this as a single PDF file ensure all your scans are clear and in colour. No need for high school certificates (they need to be mentioned personal history section though)

No atleast I did not I understand from the forum you need to provide on the TRF number (but I’d suggest you to cross check)

For work experience related documents, do I need to submit roles and responsibilities letter for all companies I have worked with or just my present company? It will be hard to explain why I need this letter to my previous employers. I have been working in my present company for more than 4 years now so it is over the 3 years work experience clause I have claimed points for. I have all other papers - offer letter, relieving and experience letter, salary slips for my previous companies, just missing the roles and responsibilities letter. My current boss is ready to give this letter.

Anyone knows if we need LOR from all emoloyers??

Great, you are close to getting PPR then ! That means it took you 2 months to reach BGC stage.
