interesting to see even the checklist is updated in june but doesnt really say its updated when you see it in list of forms

once you open checklist it has date in bottom saying june 2018..

its interesting to see now applications outland should be sent to sydney, nova scotia..

Hi, I already mailed my documents to my husband and he received it on June 6 when the forms got updated. we plan to send it tomorrow. Is it ok if the forms are not updated and should we send it to nova scotia instead of the mississauga address? Please help. Thank you

you cannot send it to novascotia if forms are not updated, like you update only checklist form but not other generic application form might lead into problem is what i see.

someone in this group said they called cic and their is one month buffer time is what i heard, if that is what it is, then i feel you can send to missisauga with old forms, even the old checklist as if you never know about the change that happened.

but if they send it back saying you should send it to NS or forms are not updated then, as we all know its like more than one month to get it back and finish docs again and send might waste good amount of time.

i personally prefer to send it to NS, so no risk from my point of view.

from what i see previously the PR applications ( before express entry) for atleast atlantic provinces used to go to NS, even now if someone applying through family class under pnp they send it to NS. which i feel was atleast an year process. so not sure if thats any better.

I’m applying under the common law class, Outland from inside Canada. My checklist did not change so I’m not sure whether to send my application to Mississauga or Sydney

do you mean that you still see in your checklist for all three classes to send it to Mississauga or your in first one in class of application where it says u shud send to Mississauga...

if you belong to the first option under class of application where u need to send to missisauga then yes ur shud go to missisauga, while next two options are going to Sydney in checklist.

Does anyone else feel like screaming!? I started filling out the forms and collecting documents in January. I traveled to Canada with my application and was ready two weeks ago to send it in. I missed the part that said "certified copies" so I had to send documents from Egypt. Now, back in Egypt, I realized last week that the forms have changed and we need Schedule A with the initial application! So now I have to send new documents to Canada.
PLEASE spare me from sending documents for a third time. A country specific requirement for Egypt is to "provide a full copy of all passports used in the last 5 years." Do these pages have to be certified copies?

We certified the picture and information pages already. I need to know ASAP because I have a friend leaving tomorrow for the UK willing to mail my documents from there. *Mail service is super unreliable in Egypt and if it doesn't go out with her tomorrow, I'll have to wait a few more weeks.

we filled and gathered all documents and while traveling my spouse carried with her, and once all documents / applications ready we send it as express post and it got received at Mississauga yesterday only

same happened with us when we were preparing application from February but recently forms got changed , so instead of taking any risk we replaced all old forms with new once
