Last year I used to eagerly wait for Mondays (Game of thrones)..This year I am eagerly waiting for Wednesdays(Game of draws)..one thing that remained common is "unpredictable story"
but at least the show was over in less than two months. I hope this one also gets a drop scene soon.

I am back into you wonderful Ray of Hope. We got our ITA in March, with CRS score 442, then it was my bday and I lost 5 point but we got lucky jumped on the last train and got ITA before my bday.

Used solicitors to check, double check and triple check our case/file/docs.... GOt rejected for incompleteness ...!! BECAUSE solicitors forgot to attached my husbands passport copy!!!!!
I have no words. They said they will file a reconsideration letter, but I have no hope for that! Now we are back into the pool with 437.
We went to Canada last week I was interviewing all week got 3 potential offers subject to PR...and all gone now!
Didn't get the point. How come they forgot to upload mandatory passport? It is a mandatory placeholder and if you do not upload the system will not allow to go next page! It must be something else. Either they uploaded expired passport or they uploaded other form of id instead of passport or they mistakenly uploaded your passport again but they must have uploaded something! You should sue them, sack them and ask for full refund their service charge.

Hi All,
I have a quick question regarding my husband´s IELTS TRF and the names appearing on it.

According to his national ID and passport, he has two given names (let´s say: A1 A2) and two surnames (B1 B2), but his IELTS certificate shows only A1 in First Name and B1 in Family Name. So, it is missing his middle name (A2) and his second surname (B2).

My question is: could he submit this TRF as language proof as it is in our EE application or he will have to retake the test? (he took the test last december so it is not posible to ask for changes in the certificate given the elapsed time).

The IELTS TRF shows his photo and the National ID number, I don´t know if a LOE could be accepted or not for this.

Thanks in advance,

Why did they miss? Didn't you guys mention the exact passport name while registering for IELTS? Im my case, even my name is A1 A2 and B1 B2 and my IELTS TRF has also the same!! So what might be the reason for TRF name different than passport name?

@Reddiered07 Sadly, it is our own fault... o_O my husband is telling me that when he registered his name in the web, he only wrote A1 B1 :( So, that’s the reason why the TRF was issued like this.

Do you think that this could be a problem?

I will be doing IELTS exam next Jun 30. So maybe, considering this issue, it is better for him to retake. Last time he didn’t maximize (two CLB 9 and two CLb10), so maybe this (third) time is his chance to succeed.

I am not well versed with the Venezuelan PCC's but if thats the only thing available, maybe you can provide a Letter of Explanation (LOE)

LoE, is simply a letter addressing to visa officer including subject and explanation. add few details about yourself too e.g. your name, application number, passport number etc.
Thanks mate

There might be..better take opinion from experienced guys who might have faced/heard of such things! Yes take your spouse along with you and make him take one :)

agree. its just a passport copy with all unnecessary travel history and stuff. dont understand why ppl get rejected for such small errors.

Imagine Navin, a person travels to war torn places e.g. a Afghanistan/Syria etc, tears of his passport page so that there is no mention of these travels. on his document, these are the reason IRCC asks for scans of all pages of your passport, whether there is or there isn't stamps on it.
