im about to undergo medical examination to get a working visa . but im a bit worried cause i have some tattoos in my body . does anyone denied for a working visa because of tattoo?

It's extremely unlikely to impact the IME results.

Unless you got a disease due to unsanitary tattoo practices they won't care about tattoos. Don't overthink things too much.
