hi guys,

i live in Australia, and im planing to leave Australia soon returning back to my home country. i just wanna know in my Express entry what should i put as residency?

and also my work experience for 4 years is from Australia, do i have to give my visas information when i apply to Canada? i never stayed illegally however im worried because part of my work experience i was a full-time student and i may have breach Australian student visa condition by working more than 20hrs per week. (never had and issues with Australian immigration)

pretty much for part of my work experience i had working visa and part student visa

thank you

Do not mention about your part time experience. Rest everything is fine. Once you move to India, mention India as residency.

Be honest in your application and don't conceal any material facts. You can omit this part from your EE profile for CRS score purposes (it doesn't count anyway) but in your APR you have to list all activities in past 10 years or more. You may be able to tune out the number of hours worked in your reference letters but if payslips were needed or you were asked directly you must be truthful!

Don't worry though this is a violation of the terms of a temporary visa in Australia but you are applying for a permanent visa to Canada so this will hardly affect you or be of significant concern to the VO.

thanks for the advice, i don't have part-time work experience, i have worked full-time 38 hrs(all 4 years) while i was studying full-time as a Student. but however i got my ECA for deterrent qualification that i studied before.
