If your PCC is valid on your AOR date then you should be fine. At the very worst they would send an ADR for new PCC but I doubt that would happen.

Hey guys! I have 2 questions:

1. My occupation last 10 years. And I am not allowed to leave any blanks. That means I should show all places I used to work? And my job during my studies too? Because I used to work when I staudied in university in Canada.

2. I am from another country, but I came to Canada in 2014 to study and still here. Is it my international trip? Lol. I am confused.

As you all are an expert in this matter please help me with this situation

My employer in the reference letter has not mentioned my first designation I joined as in 2006...only mentioned my last held position in the company and they are not ready to change the letter. Will this work or the ITA can be rejected for this reason. Really confused.

Do any of the positions count as points towards your CRS score? aka, are you claiming this experience against your application?

Yes the last position I held which is mentioned in the letter...I am claiming points for that and the noc code also matches with that role

Regarding Proof of Funds, my bank account is having a very good avg balance for 6 months and is much higher than the cic requirement. But last month, i had transferred some large amounts from one of my other bank accounts which i closed. So the current balance shows steep increase from average balance. Will that be problem. Irrespective of that transfer, I would meef pof requirements. Do i need to mention anything on LoE ?

What happens after you upload the reference letters from the company ?
Do they give a call to the person to verify ?

Asking because the owner of my company is in India and does not know me personally, the CEO is bases out of US and am getting a letter from him. Will it create a problem that the CEO of an Indian company is in US ?

If you have provided the docs to satisfy the VO about your work experience, then there will be no call. That is why it is of importance to submit the pay slips, tax returns etc along with your reference letter.

It would not be a problem. But, it would not hurt to explain this in the LoE. It is all about eliminating any semblance of doubts from your application.

hi guys! congrats to all who received their ITA. I too, got my ITA yesterday. I just have some doubts regarding address history. In my understanding, and based on my research, only addresses where you resided will be placed here. but there are others also (in the forum) who said they included even their travels. to all those who are submitting, can you please clarify what this address history is?

and for the past 10 years, meaning from date i received ITA, so inclusive dates will be May 24, 2008 to May 23, 2018? please confirm

Every travel other than to your country of orgin/residence(current) should be mentioned in the travel history. It would be okay if you can include the travel to your origin/residence addresses as well.

It is advisable to get a gift deed and transfer the amount in a single transfer, if possible. By this way, you don't have to worry about the 6 month's average balance.

It does not matter if it is less than 6 months.

Not true. You have to mention everything in the travel history (even if it is a business visit for a day). The 6 months limit is for obtaining PCC.

Then you're fine. As long as the letter corresponds to the dates you did that specific role (not both roles) then you won't need another letter
