I got an email from CPC-M that it's been transferred to LVO.

Oh okay. So you’re the sponsor. I’m Principal Applicant, which means my sponsor will receive email right? Is there a chance that it might’ve been gone to his junk folder?
I’m just worried it’s been 2 weeks since we submitted everything but no correspondence from cic yet.

My wife received one email which was medical request.

No nothing. He received only one email

No I'm not. If they requested additional docs then that's probably why you guys have not received SA yet. What were the docs they asked for?

I remember seeing decision made for Sponsorship eligibility on ECAS a while back.
Now, they’re just showing medical passed and we requested additional docs if you haven’t uploaded do it asap something along the lines ... nothing useful
GC KEY is also stuck on medical passed and docs uploaded.

Trying I am going to stop stressing over it and thinking too much of it. Whatever is meant to be will happen all I can do is pray. I did everything I could from my end by sending communication proof as well as my visit. I don't see the point of emailing them either now just going to wait it out

yes i m 2nd marriage case.. divorced in canada and remarried in pakistan but my 2nd is was unmarried and never got married before...yes age difference is huge almost 15 years

Come on man...its a prestige club! LVO treats us VIP. They are very gentle with us. They don't rush into anything. They take their sweat time when dealing with our applications.

Luckily, I have not had any anxiety attacks yet as I applied recently (Feb 2018). My timeline is in the tracking sheet.

Haha "prestige club of lonely husbands". Can't wait to be part of it... haha.

July 18th 2017...so on May 18th, 2018, 10 months completed..in total
File moved to LVO on Sept 18th, 2017 so total of 8 months with LVO...but so far as of today, no movement

11 years age difference for me and I am sponsoring my wife.

My smartass lawyer sent the original Nadra marriage certificate with other documents to cic and since its been almost a year.I asked him if he can request lvo to return the original marriage certificate and his answer was “ once the case decided lvo will return the original certifcate along with the photographs we had provided them initially” . Its kinda confusing as cic has clearly stated on their webpage that they wont return the original docs. My question is what options do I have to get back my orginal marriage certificate from lvo.

P.S, According to lawyer its not a good time to ask lvo to return the original as they have not taken any decision on my application.
