Do you have any proof that last draw was just an anamoly? As per my calculations last 6 days(april 20 -25) there were around 1000 new entrants..in last 5 days (may5-9) there were around 1150..not much diff..only around 200

If you get your Diploma evaluated by WES and they finalize as a Diploma (one year) or something similar, you can claim Two or More option.
You will not get points for that one-year diploma as it was obtained prior to completion of your bachelor degree. To get points for it, it would have to be obtained after your three of four-year post-secondary degree.

No need to decline the ITA if you get it early. Just wait until you actually met the 3 years work experience date and submit the e-APR after that date.
This situation is also going to happen to me in next month. Because I am gaining 4 years work experience in JULY 16, but my score will increase to 436 in JUNE 1.
If I receive ITA in JUNE, I will not submit e-APR before JULY 16, but I will submit the e-APR after JULY 16.

Should one decide to do an online programme,how can one know if Univeristy online programme is accredited and can be evaulated by WES.
I know on the WES portal when you choose the country, it gives you a list of institutions, does it mean that if your institution appears there, it is accredited both for Classroom and online study?

Check all the draws before that too.... You'll see a few in hat 601-1200 score range... PNPs are always there in each draw... and I don't think the last draw was an anomaly...

You also need to keep in mind the MEC in this case. If you do not meet the MEC at the time of ITA, due to this addition of 1 year in work ex, you may face a rejection later on.No need to decline the ITA if you get it early. That's the official link. So do you read anywhere that the diploma has to be after the bachelor's degree? It just says that one of the program should be of three or more years...
