Apply for TRV outside canada or apply for spousal P.R ?

Hi,
I am a permanent Resident of Canada and applied for my Spouse's TRV outside canada with a Fresh issued passport.
Application got rejected with Three reasons:
1) Finance& assets
2) Travel history
3) Relationship tie with Family in Canada and country of residence.

I have shown balance of $25k and also mentioned that I will bare all expenses of my spouse during her travel and stay but i didn't not shown balance of my spouse's bank acct from her country of residence.
I don't know what should I do after getting rejection letter. Should I apply for her spousal sponsorship(which takes 12-14 months) or reapply for TRV with all info?

Refusals are unfortunately quite common in situations where one spouse is a PR. CIC most likely believes your wife plans to come to Canada so that you can sponsor her for PR inland - and isn't a genuine visitor.

I would apply for PR rather than another TRV. Note that you must be living in Canada when you submit the PR application and must continue living in Canada while hte application is processed.

Yes - you can do that. But make sure you're spending the majority of your time in Canada.

I also want to apply for Parents TRV. Do you think it would be a good reason for me to apply Spouse's TRv as well with them which will be an asset for my wife to leave Canada after Travel?

No - I don't see how a TRV application for your parents would be an asset to your wife's TRV application.
