We are applying for outland spousal visa. I am a primary applicant living in delhi and my husband(canadian citizen) is sponsoring me.

Do i have to send notarized copies of all my documents like educational, passport, chats, call logs etc?

Agent asked us to provide original medical certificate. Is it required before or after?
