I updated my cnic and got my passport renewed because it was expiring in june. However i did not change my name. Just the marital status. How will i know they have recieved my documents. Where can i see the update?

they never updated me. in their automated response it says that if the request is to update documents, they will be updated without response.

the only way i know they got my docs and updated is because they updated my wifes name on ECAS.

In november 2015 and transferred to lvo in september in 2017 because sponsor didn't have pr card

I am a July applicant. I ordered notes that came a week back or so. According to that nothing seems to have been started no eligibility, no background, no security. Been almost 10 months for me now. The last email I received about a month ago was...your file is awaiting a full review. God knows how long that's going to take for them to actually start.
Did your husband arrive to Canada ?

Some cases they decide after interview . means all your eligibility and background etc will be finalized after result of your interview.
if your interview go successful , in couple of days you will received Pre arrival etc. and may be your background they will finish also soon.

No trick, just gave them what they wanted, kept on checking account online once in a week, looks like there was no errors or complication in file what i was hoping,, they might have got enough proves of geniun relationship.. Thats it

@khancanada an update for you, or anyone else interested.

they have updated my wifes name now. 12 business days after i sent them all the documents about her name change etc. just to give you an idea of how long it takes for them to update these changes. i sent the documents via Webform and lvo email. it shows updated on ECAS, but not on gckey

Yes i had updated my NICOP and registered my wife as my legal spouse and become head of the family. I have received my NICOP in 13 days the day I applied.
My wife also went to NADRA Office in Karachi to apply for her new CNIC as well as she applied to change her last name to my name..
She will receive her new CNIC with my name as her last name in 2 weeks. Same time, she will apply for FRC from same NADRA office.
After receiving her new CNIC, she will apply for her New Passport under her new name.
So once she has all her docs ready (Her New CNIC, New Passport and FRC) i will upload these via Webform as well email LVO

"If not already paid, please ask your sponsor to pay the Right of Permanent Residence
Fee (RPRF). You may send a scanned copy of the receipt to us via email. This is to
facilitate and expedite the issuance of the visa, should your application be approved at
the interview."

How am I supposed to send the copy of that receipt to them? On which email address?
