Dear Experts,
I've got another question. If l applied for BC PNP based on a job offer from my employer, can l apply for an open bridging visa or am I now restricted to this employer? Any help appreciated.

Yes, unless:

"If you applied through the Provincial Nominee Program and have employment restrictions as conditions of your nomination, you can’t get a bridging open work permit."

I'm on an open work permit at the moment. It runs out in October. My BC PNP application is supported by a BC employer's (for whom I work for at the moment) job offer. Does it make an employment restriction as a condition of my nomination?

It should be clearly indicated on your nomination letter.
