Hi Everyone,

I was applied for work visa 3 months ago with valid LMIA. Last week i got reply from embassy is like below:

"16(1) A person who makes an application must answer truthfully all questions put to them for the purpose of the examination and must produce a visa and all relevant evidence and documents that the officer reasonably requires. Specifically, I have concerns with the authenticity of your employment documentation from Induri Pharma as it was verified and confirmed to be fraudulent."

Could some please assist earliest on this.?

Sounds as though you might have followed through on some scam job offer but without more details about the job offer and the process that was followed impossible to say.

IRCC believes you submitted fraudulent documents.

DID you supply fraudulent documents? If so, forget Canada for at least five years. If you are found to have committed misrepresentation, that's how long the ban will be. It doesn't matter if you supply different documents at this point.

i do not have that much time, need to submit information for the request by 25th of this month.

It's quite clear what the problem is. IRCC says your employment documentation from Induri Pharma are fake. Are they?

Basically they don't issue any offer letters to employees in Induri Pharma. In my case I force fully asked them so they given that documents.I have submitted those only.Is it enough if my employer(Induri Pharma) send an email to IRCC as I'm working for them from past 3 years because my employer is ready to help.

Do you have any evidence of employment with Induri Pharma such as paystubs and time sheets? You should include a reference letter from your employer including a contact number so IRCC can confirm with your employer directly.

I doubt an e-mail will help. IRCC will want solid proof of employment. As stated above, paystubs, timesheets, confirmation of employment on company letterhead, etc. They will want to be able to confirm the information you provide at this point with your current/former employer.

At this point in time, you also have to prove that you did NOT supply a fraudulent document. Just supplying new ones is extremely unlikely to let you continue. You have been accused of misrepresentation and you need to deal with this aspect first. You stated that the letter contained the phrase "as it was verified and confirmed to be fraudulent.". This is a show-stopper.
