Does this cause any problems with PR?? Anyone have any experience? From what I have read it shouldn't be an issue

Thanks!

All took place in the USA by the way. No convictions at all on my record at all. Just one arrest that was dismissed through deferred adjudication.

You were already provided with comprehensive answers here across three pages of posts:

If this isn't sufficient for you, your next steps should be to seek another legal opinion (in addition to the one you already have).

Good luck.

I have had several people message me asking about this.

As of today, my wife received PPR. It took 9 days short of 13 months to get to this point.

If you have a dismissed charge and are applying for PR you should obtain your state PCC along with court dockets for the dismissed charge. These items are in addition to the FBI PCC.

Hopefully these threads help people in the future!

Scylla posted the link to my other thread about dismissed charges above.

Anyone who has any questions, do not hesitate to message me!

thanks @jeff198901! Can you advise how did you find the specialized lawyers/ recommend some? Also, I'm assuming you've answered "Yes" to the arrest questions in the applications? Thanks!
