Renew PR

Dear Members,

I would like to ask that my wife and my daughter is a canadian national and ive got my PR in sep 2017 so i would like to ask that do i have to stay 730 days physically in canada to renew my PR and 1095 days for citizenship or the days i spend outside will be considered too.

PS my daughter is below 18 and living with me in my home country.

You have to be physically present in Canada to meet your RO for citizenship. For PR if you are living with your wife you should be able to count those days. Staying with your daughter doesn't count. Technically the move outside of Canada needs to be initiated by the Canadian citizen for those days to count but t is usually not enforced. Have you lived in Canada?

Me my wife and my daughter we all are currently staying in our home country and yes i did my landing stayed there for 60 days and came back.

The only thing that may be an issue is that I assume your wife moved to your home country after you were married. If that is the case there may be some reluctance to award you the time spent together for your RO because she clearly left Canada to be with you. You will have to see what happens. She can always sponsor you again if the days are denied.
