" Please include our complete file number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the High Commission at the address indicated below.
PLEASE RETURN THIS FORM WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS SO WE CAN QUICKLY MATCH YOUR INFORMATION/DOCUMENTS TO YOUR APPLICATION."

Please let us know if it is advisable to send a physical copy of the documents to the LVO or should we just upload it into the CIC account.

Colombo, they have mentioned an address on the request letter. Is it advisable to upload on the CIC account and send a physical copy?

This morning my profile which is in IP2 changed from "submitted" to "updated" but it has been a few hours now and I haven't received any email from CIC. I emailed cic to know my VO last week but they haven't replied to me yet.

Any suggestions over how can I get any update on my application?

CIC does not respond to email queries these days. I would have suggested you to raise a CSE, but since you already got the ghost update, I'm sure you'll receive your golden email within the next 24-48 hours. Good luck!
