I am already having 69/100 for FSW criteria. I can claim additional 5 point under adaptability because I have

• child of a grandparent (aunt or uncle)

in canada.
I want to know should i go for 5 additional point or not? In case this requires extra paper work in a form of proof of relation, i don't want it because it could be hectic. in case if it would turn out to be misrepresentation then i will go for that.

Yes you can claim 5 additional points under fsw six selection factor.

That being said, you will get zero points for this in crs score. The Express Entry CRS Score considers only siblings.

I know, but my question is if I don't want to claim points as I already have 69/100 for Fsw then by not doing so wud I be misrepresenting?
I don't wanna claim additional points becuz I don't want xtra paper work to prove relationship

No, you won't be misrepresenting. It is ok if you won't want to claim.

If you claim points, you'll need to provide proof for the same.
