Hi, I dont think there are lot we can do but waiting, so we can just update each other here which also provide information for other potential applicants:)

So you are now waiting for medical exam request? do you have other updates from CIC?

guys is it possible to get a job offer in the Atlantic provinces from outside Canada or am i on a wild goose chase?
I have applied to several jobs some even using a Canada phone number i got from freetone, yet nothing. I am discouraged

You should apply for PR if you are applying from outside Canada instead of wasting time on work permit. PR applications under AIPP are being processed faster for outside Canada applicants. I just met a guy from Nigeria whose PR was processed in less than 2 months.

1. Show money includes my son. (Single mom) If you are married need to include in your proof of funds/show money 120k single plus 40k for dependent

2. We have visa and pdos certificate but still Mercan can not answer our deployment because of POLO process in canada that causing delays.

3. On the other hand, they are saying we need to wait for the PR release which is 6 months from the month they passed it which is October.

4. Until now were 16, few of us got Visa since september.

5. We might leave as per Mercan 6th month of the PR process. AIPP is new to their procedure. They have different way of handling clients even payment mode.

The Atlantic immigration pilot is heavy on employer as it asks for commitment from employer to support employees hired from foreign nations in a lot of ways which employers may not be willing to do unless they are really hurting for quality people.
Please don't be discouraged and keep applying, you never know when you hit an employer who is willing to invest in you.
Make sure to mention Atlantic immigration pilot in your cover letters.

As per my position,I have been interviewed by an NB employer during NB session and job fair in dubai this month 9th,all my documents was collected including my IELTS and ECA although the employer told me is not immediate that it will take some time for the whole process and i was asked of my timeline to resume after an offer and also if im migrating with my family............please im waiting anxiously .........any ray of hope for me base on my experience with the employer.

I applied for PR on January 23
Got my file number on 13 February
But still i am waiting for my medical request

Is anyone here who applied in same dates
