Check BC PNP qualifications if you can qualify as a BC student without work experience, but you may need a job offer to qualify.
Otherwise, without work experience, you don't qualify for Express Entry, which requires at least one year of continuous full-time foreign work experience or 12 months' equivalent of full-time Canadian work experience in the last 3 years.

i checked BC PNP, it does says I will be eligible for PR without any job offer but doesn’t say anything regarding work experience.OK, I just realized after my post that you also have to check if the BC PNP stream is administered through Express Entry, which does require work experience as in my edited post.Thanks for your reply

Should I consider my work experience 2012 to till date. Or my work experience will reduce for 2 years because of master degree, Can I claim points 3 yrs+ on express entry.
