I got acceptance letter from University of Regina

I got enrollment in University of Regina and paid the registration deposit of $500 for confirmation of my admission. And University said that I can pay tuition fees after my arrival at University or in advance as per my choice. So can I apply for study permit without paying the semester fees?
 
Congrats bro...!! I applied for master in computer science ....it still showing status... Pending dep/faculty review... Do u have any any idea how many days it takes for review n acceptance ..!!!

How did you paid confirmation fees ? U-R Self Service or Flywire. I can not access U-R Self Service as I have conditional admission.
