Just a quick a few questions about outland application.

Principal Applicant: Living in UAE

Can the Sponsor submit their application package here from Canada?
if yes, what should be the address be inputed on the courier? sponsor or principal applicants address?

really have no idea.

Not totally sure what you are asking.

Note that you submit the entire sponsorship pack (sponsor, principal applicant forms, joint forms and all attachments) together as one pack. Do NOT have the sponsor send their forms and the PA send their separately to Mississauga as they will simply be returned as incomplete.

The address you should send it to depends on whether it is an 'inland' or an 'outland' submission, AND further depends on whether you are sending by normal mail or by special courier (what will want a signature). All of the relevant addresses are in the on-line help guide 'Guide 5525', link below:

i mean complete application package for both applicant and sponsor. I know the address in CPC.
But my questions is, on the package your must right your address, "From" as sender and "To" is the CPC.

Sponsors address is ok? even though its outland?
send the application package within Canada.

Yes in the envelope outside sponsor address is ok.

CPC almost certainly couldn't care less. The envelope you send it in (which is where I assume you are saying the 'from address' would be) is thrown away. You can also apply outland even if you are living in Canada anyway.
