I have a question. I'm trying to login to ECAS and first thing that pops up is Canadian address to fill in for PA. Wasn't this completed in the application? What does this mean?

Are you googling your search for ECAS? The search brings up the change address link instead of the log in page. Try searching for log in or use this https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas
