I'm truly sorry about your situation. However, not only can you not deport him, you are also still responsible for the remainder of the three years sponsorship period.

You cannot deport him, no. If by "he just using me for life convinienced" you mean he used you for residency and didn't intend to live with you in a romantic relationship, you can report him to IRCC & they will decide whether or not to investigate him for immigration fraud.

If I surrender my pr, can he go home as well?

If you can't be with him any more, why not divorce him?

At least one year to be separated to get divorce.. and as I am responsible for him I want that to end. He is not even grateful this opportunity that i given to him.

and as I am responsible for him I want that to end.

Unfortunately, that won't end with a divorce either. It's his PR and you renouncing yours won't make a difference. Best just to move on and hope he doesn't try to access some of the social programs you would need to repay if he does.

He is just 5months here, if I renounce my PR I'm not a resident anymore.. does the responsibility still mine? He thinks being here life is that easy.. 11years I'm the one supporting, he wants custody of our son because he is working now and he think can afford and don't need me. Working in a minimum wage and renting a room. So how things work? I have enough for all, he can live his life alone and with my son I'm 100% ok with that if he don't bother me anymore..

As far as I know accessing social assistance, is not just because u like to apply. Lots of things to consider before granting it. And he is a person that don't like to move on. Make others life hard to his own benefits. He don't care his son will suffer as long as he can gets things he want. I'm done working hard, taking them both here for better life and making my life difficult I'm already done. I'm already had enough.

Well, if you renounce and leave Canada, it’s unlikely they will be able to force you to pay anything. But if you attempt to return the government would want their money back. They have a long memory for those sorts of things. A couple of things to consider:
  1. It’s highly unlikely a court would give him full custody of your child unless you are proven unfit as a parent.
  2. There is a possibility that he could prevent your son from leaving the country with you if he decides to be difficult. Unless you had full custody or his permission, travel with a child can be complicated. To remove you child from Canada without his permission or full custody could be seen as kidnaping. And they will pursue that internationally.
  3. If you’ve been married 11 years and sponsored him recently, immigration of convienience May be difficult to prove.
  4. If you are ready to give up, there is nothing stopping you from leaving.
