Backlogs

i had 3 backlogs in my bachelors

and after clearing it my marksheets dates are as follows:
1st sem - Dec 2016
2nd sem - May 2016
3rd sem - Dec 2016
4th sem - May 2016 no backlog
5th sem - Dec 2016 no backlog
6th sem - May 2017 no backlog
Only 1st three sem date is chnged
Now i have a concern should i submit anything regarding backlog with study permit application or not ?

You should submit a backlog summary, which you would get from your college.

dont make a mistake of not showing your backlogs. They always find out and when you will receive your refusal letter they will write "missing marksheets". They are very experienced people and know the semester pattern of the univerisities/colleges of India.

My 10th and 12th scores are as follows:
10th 7.4 cgpa

Although, Some people say you can't get visa Bcoz of Backlogs matters .. but I sincerely hope I can.. :/

Why dont you try for Express Entry instead of study permit. Once you complete your studies, gain 1-2 yrs experience and work more on IELTS. You may also gain more points on age. If you still want to go for study permit then start looking for Master's program in Electrical engineering. There are plenty of programs. go for a university. be ready with all finance and docs required. write a strong SOP.
