Hey Seniors
One of our group member who applied before me(One day at Same VFS and Same Centre) had not received any decision and the status is that your application is processed at the Canadian Embassy although he had offered a courier services for passport collection but then also Why we had been refused a WP and banned and his application is still pending as he applied earlier and his WP is also with Same Documents.
Is he going to face more tough time and passport will be not given by Embassy or its something else.

The Application Date was One day earlier than me at Same VFS and my decision is done and refused and banned on26 I received the PP and his status is still pending.

Processing time, including time for decisions, can vary from application to application.

If your friend has NOT received a Procedural Fairness letter for the fake LMIA, he should immediately email + send a CSE to the visa office to state he was cheated/mislead by the immigration agent. He should provide all documents to prove that he was not aware of the LMIA and WP process + an explanation that he was not aware that the LMIA was not a genuine document.

Maybe, just maybe, if your friend contacts IRCC immediately, he could avoid getting the 5-year ban. He must do this before IRCC sends the Procedural Fairness letter to him

My Friend had mailed to local Visa Embassy and CSE also for same with the Fake LIMA Letter Offer Letter And Payment Slips and his previous luring Case history.His Identity and His Website Address and everything.
What else can do for this cheater So I can avoid my friends to get troubled into

If IRCC has considered all this information/evidence + your friend has not received a Procedural Fairness letter then there's some chance that he might not be banned.

What else can do for this cheater So I can avoid my friends to get troubled into

If IRCC has considered all this information/evidence + your friend has not received a Procedural Fairness letter then there's some chance that he might not be banned.

He wrote "Non IRCC" which is not the same as "Non ICCRC". As with a few other points, the OP does not seem to be too sure

Quite simply, the OP can check the ICCRC list. If the agent is listed then he can file the complaint else there's nothing to be done

To me it sounds that you were at least aware a fee was involved in exchange for the document regardless if it was genuine or not, and that is sufficient to put responsibility on your side. However don’t give up on your dreams you don’t necessarily have to wait five years, you could always petition to have the ban removed after some time and remember some countries impose 10 years like the UK or lifetime like the US.

To me it sounds that you were at least aware a fee was involved in exchange for the document regardless if it was genuine or not, and that is sufficient to put responsibility on your side. However don’t give up on your dreams you don’t necessarily have to wait five years, you could always petition to have the ban removed after some time and remember some countries impose 10 years like the UK or lifetime like the US.

The only way to have the ban removed is to prove that there was no misrepresentation.

I am the same person who received a letter of miss representation from IRCC New Delhi.
I received a mail from IRCC that my email of fraud documents has been accepted and investigation has been strated but I received a letter of miss representation on 24th April 2018 .
I engaged a lawyer IRCC who prepared my Letter of response against miss representation and submitted that same on 10th June 2018 I just want some information regarding the things.
What are Chances for my Positive Decision.
When Will IRCC inform me about the decision on my case(timelines).

When you engage a lawyer to challenge the misrepresentation after a final determination has been made you are essentially filing a court case against the minister so the details of your circumstances and your name will become publicly available on the internet regardless of whether your outcome was positive or not. The case can be read by anyone and it will follow you indefinitely.

Your chances are slim, considering you purchased a job offer. Agent or not it is all the same.

When Will IRCC inform me about the decision on my case(timelines).

The matter with IRCC has already finished and there is nothing more to wait for. If you challenge it in court then its with your lawyer to inform you normally it would take more than a year to get a hearing and a decision on your case.
