Hi guys!

Just an update. I passed the test 20/20 this morning. Easy. As mentioned in thousands of other comments, read the book few times and do the online tests.

Interview took 5min. The officer basically flipped the pages of all my passports (at that speed I'm pretty sure he couldn't even see the dates...). I have around 50 stamps from 13 different countries. Some in spanish, english, arabic... He didn't ask for translations, COPR, language proof or anything.
He had the record of entry/exits from CBSA and he noticed I had wrong month in one of the entries on the physical calculator. I confirmed that should be September instead of August, he modified it and that's it. He told me I should get the oath letter in few weeks

I heard 13 countries sends you to RQs. I have 8 trips to 3 countries- and I am worried...

Yes u should be worried they do mistakes and u must call them
For me they put a wrong address
Imagine i send them my application with everything and they send me AOR with another address in another province
They do mistakes u must call them for sure
May be they lost ur pspers

Jobs in Canada are not sure they know how the economy is
Some people they never manage to get a job either
So normal that people will not have long life job and they ll end up with many seasonal jobs

Passed the test today (18/20 me) and (20/20 wife) at Scarborough. Joint interview with my wife. The officer found a minor mistake on my "Physical Presence Calculator" and asked me a couple of questions about it. He asked me to make the change manually and then initial it. A couple of other questions about my employment, passports and usual questions like the date of landing, address etc. Test+interview+waiting time before and after the exam was 1.5 hours.

Like @stalintouch above, the Officer said the date for the Oath will be between now and Oct-2018 (I applied in Oct-2017).

Is ur wife working or house wife?!??

Hi everyone,

I am new this forum and I need help!!!

I have applied to citizenship from Calgary
send the application on 13th of October 2017
received and signed on 16th of October 2017

and since then I haven't received email or any kind confirmation.

I called the immigration many time last January and they told me there is a high volume of app.
on the Feb 12 I called again and the agent took all my info and told me that he will email the Office in Sydney. then I call back last week and they said the Sydney Office responded to their email and confirm that they have received the app on October 16 and due to the high volume of app they will contact me when the open my app!!!!

please help!

from what I can see here most all the October's app already processed or at least contact them.

any Idea?

High volume of applications that s bullshit
The proof is many people from calgary in october already done the test
Go and post in calgary applicants group in this forum u ll get better answers

Ok guys
Passed citizenship test today from Edmonton and interview last for five minutes . Everything was smooth and the lady said they will let me know if they need anything else or the next step which is off course oath.
So from now on technically waiting for the final step.
