My CIC online account shows Final Decision as "approved" around 1:30pm today (Dubai Time); however, I did not receive any email from CIC yet. Based on the trend, passport should be returned after a day or two (hopefully!!).

Mine too was updated today as "approved" as i check my account today. Did not receive any email from CIC though. Account shows the validity of visa (valid up to 2nd week of July) Exactly 1 year from my Medical exam here in Abu Dhabi. So hopefully passports will be at VFS by tomorrow.

I submitted my passport to ABU DHABI VFS on 1st Feb.

Anyway, still I did not receive any msg from VFS today (to pick up passport). But I got email from CIC that my application was updated.

No I haven't and I probably won't unless they still have it beyond the processing time of 4-6 weeks. I am very big proponent of not bothering them if it is within the processing times. I preach that on the forum constantly. I will keep the discussion going here though. When was your passport delivered to them?

the link to track my passport back via VFS is changing status and package is on the way back.
