hi everyone, i am having a hard time drafting ''letter of intent'' or proof that i will move back to canada once my spouse gets his PR... does anyone have a sample or template that i can build my case with??? i'm in the final stage of the application and this is my only keep back..*sigh*

any help will be truly appreciated!!

There isn't any template for that, cause every case is different. CIC just want to know your intent, so the plan doesn't need to be concrete firmed. The letter can be drafted in a bulletin style, listing where you are going to live, what is your future plan for your family, such as working, schooling and careering, and etc. As evidence goes, asking your parents, relatives and friends in Canada to send you letters or emails to bless your resettlement in Canada and to express the intention to provide you temp. hospitality, contacting real estate agents for possible rental/purchasing property, contacting local schools for your kids, if applicable, contacting moving company for the moving cost, and you may register yourself for some trade schools (Doesn't need to pay anything, just register and communicate with the school(s), you may transfer some funds to your Canada bank account(s),then attach all those email/letter communications as the evidences with your letter of intent.
