After apply common-law PR need help..

hello there!
I applied common-law sponsorship PR
My application received by CIC on September29, 2017. Got AOR on November28, 2017. PCC and schedule A uploaded the day after.
when i submit my app i sent it my OPW app too and since then there are no update!
i thought i could get OPW at least beginning of Febraury..
i don't know what's going on now..
is there anyway i can contact immigration office and ask about my process?
please let me know about any information about this..

So you applied inland ? As per other forum posts open work permits with inland applications usually take around 3/4 months sometimes longer. Have you already linked your application in MYCIC ?

Did you link OWP app as well? If yes, what is the status there?

what? Do i have to link owp app too?! I didn’t know that! Where can i link my app? I really didn’t know that..
