Someone guide me in my file status has changed "In Process" to "Descision Finalized" and from one week I did not get any email.
Is this positive sign for me?

What stage of processing are you at? Have you done your medicals, have you paid the RPRF?

Hi Kuskus, thank you for reply, i have submitted my application and its 3.5 months and I did not get my nomination yet and from 1 week file status has changed.

I would suggest you raise a CSE, perhaps mails were sent to you that you missed. Sounds like a refusal.
