you should get your sponsors MP involved in this, this is definitely not right. have they asked you for any additional documents?

Ok thnx a lot they did not asked for any additional documents every thing is ok i think my VO is too lazy when i asked about the delay then they say it is on occasion be a lengthy process
One Q is raised in my mind my wife PR is now pending for renewel
In the Local inquiry office in canada i think when she get PR then VO will forward for the next stage

why her PR is pending for renewal, Should she eligible for the next step which is her Canadian Citizenship?
how long she is in Canada? when did u guys married and when did she applied for you after the marriage?
Is there any thing you can think of that is delaying your process..I don't think so, anyone is waiting that long 38 months to get his/her canadian Immigration? in these 38 months, how many times she visited you?
Why her MP is not helping her? Why her MP is not treating your case as High Priority case. 38 Months..!! her MP should jump out of his/her seat when he/she finds out about a delay of 38 months.. there must be something that is causing a delay...think what it could be?

PR is renewel pending coz PR is being expired now she will get her new PR in this month
We married in August 2013 after 7 months of marriage she visit canada again Coz she was pregnant after baby birth in canada she came pak in 2015 she came back in October 2016 now she w8ng for me
There is nothing else in my application coz LVO did not ask any extra proof or additional doccumnts
Now she will get help from MP in this week

Hello. I have a quick question that my marriage is love marriage which my parents didn't attend but my jusband family was there on all functions like Mehndi' Rukhstai. And i also had a misscarriage at 7 months which i already told LVO. And i am living with my husband since sep 2017 and also send them some volunterialy documents like pic return ticket and bills etc. Does it a nig concern for them about love marriage? Plz update me with your information. Thank you.

Faiza jee, my marriage was arranged and kind of sudden planned amongst my khala and Ami, and my parents weren’t there just simple wedding also don’t worry as long as you guys love each other and they see it, I had a miscarriage and surgery at 2.5 months and emailed them they never responded lol I sent them voluntary doc of my visit no reply yet .... all they said is we do not need add docs

I dont think we need to inform visa office about that. I havent, so i am not sure. May be some one can share their experience.
Also did your spouse get the email/instructions for own risk medicals?

Yes , own risk medical wording is a standard format. we emailed LVO about this and they said since your medical is valid till July 218, there is no need for re-medical at this time.

i believe you should inform LVO that you are accompanying your wife to interview.
If you want yourself to be called for the same interview, you can also inform this about as well.
