Additional Documents sought by CIC

Hi,
I am a PR of canada residing in canada. I applied for family sponsorship of my two children who are in Australia. On 1st December 2017 I got email that decision has been made. No correspondence from CIC untill I contacted them on 1st February 2018. They said that additional information sought by them have not been received and they will take decision based on available documents. I wrote them back that I did not get any email or letter requesting for any additional documents.
Can someone please guide me what can I do next.

Probably the request was sent in the gckey account. Check there

Have you linked your application to the online MyCIC account ?
If your children are above 18, the document they'd have asked for would have been the Schedule-A. But you never know. Check your MyCIC account. If its not there, use the webform there to raise a case specific enquiry.
