Remember now, you are guaranteed to contact any operator something like tht. But the passage says, you can be sure of someone getting contacted, but that will not always happen or something on those lines.

I too wrote business, got that wrong I suppose

paper is the right answer as the statement in the text specified. any paper that would be "companys' business" cannot claimed by the employer.
