Have you ever applied (work permit or anything )through any immigration agent?
My friend has same issues last year they sent PPR email to agent, and he found out after 20 days after call ;
However they sent email again after he called

August 8 application. They send me ppr request on 26th January but I didn't receive it in my email

august 11 application dm on jan 8 but no ppr. talked to agent yesterday she said they sent email on jan 8 but did not receive any email.
