Refugee claim withdrawal credit history

My friend wants to withdraw his refugee claim, but he wants to know is there any credit history checks? Cause he has some unpaid credits.

If he plans on leaving Canada for good he should be fine. It is of course morally wrong but I can't imagine it was a large amount.

What do you think a credit card is? It's a loan that you pay off over time with interest. That's exactly the definition of a loan!
