Marriage Certificate for Spouse OWP

Hello Sir

I have an OWP in canada. I have done Court Marriage in India in City Court. I have marriage certificate of the Court Marriage which is under Special Marriage Act. My name is listed in My wife’s passport, Aadhar Card, Election Card and IELTS result. So is it the Valid Marriage Certificate for Spouse OWP.

Yes, it is. As it was recognized by the passport authorities then it is a valid document
