To those who got the test invite...I didn't get an email (although the CIC agents I spoke to said that since I had indicated email communication preference, I *should* have gotten one). They said to wait for a letter, in case a letter had been mailed.

How many days did it take to receive a letter in the mail after seeing your status updated on ECAS?

Even i didn't get email or letter in mail.

For me, it's not the fact that the letter was mailed, it's that the CIC agents said that I should have received an email, and they "don't know" if it was emailed or mailed out. :-\ I mean, come on...

Question for those who have appeared for test: If we don't receive letter for test but have ECAS update, can we still go and write it?

I just got this, read online it's supposedly finger print request? Don't they already have my finger prints? How long before I get the mail if I'm in Toronto?

Likely FP request. Give it upto 5 business days. Should arrive within 2-3 business days typically.

I completed mine on january 15 and as per email from rcmp results were mailed to IRCC on January 16 and as of today nothing in file according to agent I spoke to

Hello All,

I had my application for citizenship in already and status is in process but i got a job in another province and moved three weeks ago. I still own the house with the address i used for my application in my home province and would like to continue to use it for the entire process. Though i have changed jobs and renting in the new province but my house is still my permanent address. I still have access to my mailbox and have someone checking my mails regularly. Do you think this will be an issue during the interview process? I am hoping i get a test invite soon given all the responses lately.
