Looking at the trend for the last 3 months it is really crucial that we have a draw today which can tell us about the future momentum. If we don’t have a draw today the message is loud and clear from CIC that they don’t want CRS to fall in low 430s. Really hoping for a draw today

Be patient everyone. We all know that this draws happen every other Wednesday.

I was also hopefull that there would be a draw today but it doesn't look like it's gonna happen.

Before we run like headless chickens feeling bad about it, remember that there was a 3 week gap and the score remained the same handing out hte same amount of invitations, this is a good indicator! If IRCC stands by 2,750 invites every other Wednesday and the score doesn't come down, they will look for alternatives to improve this, just like they did with reducing the amount of points given to people with job offers or giving points for having a relative.

When there is a will there is a way. Keep the hope alive and let's be glad we are able to participate in this, as it is not our god given right. Canada is being good enough to allow this opportuinity. Best of luck to everyone.

Did they not ask for an ADR? That’s really harsh, just a birth cert of an innocent child

At which stage did you get the refusal?

And what is the status of your application now?

No ADR, direct refusal , I suppose during R10 only they rejected application.

Can't a sworn affidavit suffice for birth certificate issues?

No, in case of children , birth certificate is mandatory document.
