A new thing i just read about landing (for inland applicants) , seems a good thing for those selected.

Link isn’t working yet so i suppose they are working on this now.

I wonder how this ultimately works and if it potentially could affect me. That would be a relief though, to land via telephone :D
I have just sent the copy of my passport, photos and Annex A to CPC Ottawa. So I'm back to waiting in line ;) But this time for COPR thankfully....

Yep , it would be perfect for me. Might even save me a plane ticket, as I don't want to go to the south border.

I think this move would make it easier for us , and for CBSA/CIC agents. So let's hope.

Calling for help please!
Today I got two emails:
1. PPR - yeah!
2. Important message from an CIC agent:
"Good morning,
This is in reference to your application for a permanent resident visa.
Please confirm your current mailing address as soon as possible"

Looks like the agent wants me to reply in email about my ''current mailing address'. My situation is: I have a permanent address in Montreal where I will live, and my family can collect mails for me. But due to the waiting of PR process and my Work Permit expired, I have to leave Canada and stays in US with my other family. But recently, I'm doing some travel and do not have a reliable mailing address.

In order to avoid any unnecessary troubles, should I give the agent my Montreal address? my US family address? or my Airbnb address where I will likely to stay for 2 month, which the PPR should complete within.

Thank you for any input!!

If your staying in Montreal, we can make appointment with Montreal CIC office over telephone and visit in person.
Anyone have the montreal CIC office telephone number to make an appointment for PR landing?

If i am at your situation, i would have given your permanent address (i.e Montreal)

If you have crossed 14 months processing time ..than raise another CSE you should get response other than standard automatic reply...
It's been 18 months and each and every time I have contacted them got the standard reply from their side (last 3-4 times)

Dear sunnymks,
Thanks for clarification, Do you have any information bout " Is PCC required to be applied for in Montreal as I stayed there for 22 months? if yes, any idea on process."
Dear amitknai7

As per the reply by @MTL2MTL on the previous page you don't have to apply for the PCC/Biometrics from Montreal.

Good luck.
