Hi everyone, my request was delivered September 19th, the sender name on my package is my sister's name, they started processing packages received on sep. 21st. However, my sister's cc has not been charged yet. can anybody think about any possible reason for such delay?. Is it possible that they rejected processing my request because the sender name is different from the applicant name.

Is it possible that they rejected processing my request because the sender name is different from the applicant name.

Email them. identity@fbi.gov with your name and DOB. It is also likely that there can be a slight delay even if they begin processing applications from a certain day.
