Someone i know is already in sponsorchip inside canada she is looking for work can she apply to work in canada she got all her documents from can she apply and can it be from any employer in canada ?

what do you mean by "already in sponsorship"?
has she received her PR and landed in Canada? if so then, yes, she can apply to work anywhere as long as she has her SIN
or is she waiting for her sponsorship/PR application to be processed? and is it an inland or outland application?

She applied for sponsorship but didnt apply for pr or work permit she just applied for her sponsorship thats all common law partner
She applied for sponsorship she is just waiting for it to come she hasnt recieve pr nor did she apply for it same for work permit
then no, she cannot work until she receives the work permit if she applied inland and included the open work permit app.

By applying via common law (or family class) sponsorship she IS applying for PR (permanent residency).
then no, she cannot work. also common law sponsorship the same as applying for PR.
