Hi Siva,
You can send them the photocopy of your degree. I send them colored photocopies of my bachelors and masters degree along with the sealed envelop from the University.

I'm not sure if they will accept the fax. You can contact them and confirm before you do anything, cause you will lose lot of time.
Here is their contact number: 807-788-1246. Make sure you have 30-60 mins because they put you on hold for a long time.

Ok sir thanque we r doubted till date that xerox copy are accepted or not but u said they will accept so iam clear
And in a sealed envelope i will send xerox

they accept fax. I sent them fax for my degree in August 2017. I called WES contact center then and they gave me this fax number +14169729004. Make you sure you include your WES details. you can download FAX.PLUS app on your mobile, so that you can send directly from your mobile.

Hi, were you able to send copy of your degree by fax and was it accepeted .. how many days it took for the status to change .. i have sent by fax as well but its been 4 days and changes ..
