Just finished the telephone landing process with the Officer!! I now have to mail back the signed CoRP to Montreal for final processing.

These are the steps:

1) Confirmed current status in Canada and gave the control number on my current work permit, date of issuance and date of expiry.
2) She asked me to confirm the CoRP Document number. Starts with T000XXXXXXX
3) Went over the information on CoRP.
4) Asked last security, criminality and dependents questions, for which you have to write NO and initial it.
5) She reminded me of the residency obligations for PRs.
6) She congratulated me for becoming a PR.

ALSO, she mentioned although the instructions letter says that the Permanent Residency status is not confirmed until the process is finished, it is acquired when you confirmed NO to the security, criminality and dependent questions and sign you CoRP per Charter of Right and Freedom. So I'm technically a PR already according to the Charter of Rights and Freedom. !!!

Cheers everyone !!

Guys, after the telephone-landing interview we sent our COPRs to Manitoba IRCC office. Yesterday at around 11.00 the mail was delivered.
Now I have a couple of questions. I would be thankful if anybody can answer them:
1) Are we going to receive a confirmation email when the officer in Manitoba signs our COPRs?
2) Will they inform us regarding the Canada Post tracking number if they send the COPRs via Xpress post?
3) Can you guys explain step-by-step how to link the PR-Card application to the MyCIC Account?
4) Could you guys share your experience/timeline after your COPR was delivered to the IRCC office?
Thank you in advance.

Guys, nobody has responded to my kind request (see above) yet.
Besides, I tried to link the PR-card application to my MyCIC account but after 5 tries the system now tells me I cannot try it anymore for 24 hours since I already tried 5 times. I don't remember that anybody here has ever mentioned that we have limited chance to do it.

here's my experience so far.

received an email about telephone landing on Dec 6, 2017 replied right away.
the scheduled interview was Dec 14, 2017 between 8:30am and 11:30am EST
called to call center on Dec 12. the agent informed mine was sent on Dec 7.
the office called me around 10am. when I said I didn't received CoPR yet, she said someone will contact me before Dec 21st.
called to call center again. the agent said it was regular mail so he couldn't provide any tracking numbers.
CoPR was just delivered to me like now...

btw, the issue date was on Nov 24 which was just the day after my BG changed into IP2.
my address was handwritten and it stamped on Dec 8.

so now... call and email again?

Yeah I would email them and then call them again. Ask to make an appointment at a local visa office.

The agent told me my COPR was sent on Dec.6 but I still haven't received it. Does anyone else have the same issue? BTW I am in Burnaby BC.

Hi everyone,
Having problems with this pilot program. Got invitation on 7th dec for interview schedule on 15 dec at 8:30~11:30 am est without any PPR
Got confirmation letter on 8th dec
Haven’t recieved COPR yet.
Called cic today, they said that your COPR isn’t printed out yet and request interviewed person for reschedule.
Anybody have same problem
I had the exact same problem! I got the email on Dec 6th, replied right away and then nothing. Called them on the 12th and they told me it hadn't even been printed! They have since sent it out via expresspost but it will not reach me before my call tomorrow (between 5.30 - 8.30am).

same thing happened to me. it really depends on where you live specifically?
for example, I live in Toronto. even the agent told me mine was sent on Dec 7 I received mine right after the interview today while some in Toronto area received theirs since Monday...

actually the officer on the phone told me someone will contact me....
but this waiting is not fun at all to be honest.
Yeah it really isn't, and it isn't fair that this is now happening due to postal delays and them being slow in sending them out in some cases.

I hope they contact you soon!

Me - same problem.

Got an invite on 12 Dec to land on 18 Dec. I live in Victoria there is no chance that I will get my CoPR on time. I plan to request a reschedule when the agent calls me to try my luck.

call cic to see if they sent it by xpresspost. if they don't maybe it's better to reschedule yours by email now.

Mine was sent on Dec 7th and I received it on Dec 12th. I saw some one else here mentioned he/she received it on the 13th. It takes 4 days for cross province shipping plus 1 -2 days delay due to the holiday season. But anyway you should have received it by now...
