Just wanted to share an update! I just called them again and spoke with an agent. He confirmed that my COPR has been sent out and was able to give me a tracking number. Although when I go to the Canada Post website I'm not able to track with it? (I think maybe you have to wait a while before you are able to track it?)

I questioned what would happen if it did not arrive in time for my telephone landing on the 15th. He said that the feedback they had gotten so far was that we are made to go through the call anyway regardless of if we have COPR or not. Then he said that he didn't know anything more as its still so new.

I'm crossing my fingers that mine now arrives before the 15th!
Thats great! Some forum members said theirs were regular mails. If yours has tracking number, they might send yours by xpresspost or something faster with tracking number! Keep us updated!

I sure hope they've sent it Express Post! Although I'm still on the Canada Post website trying to track it with the number I got given and it's saying they can't find it!

Yes, they confirmed that they had mailed my COPR today after my call with them this morning when they mentioned it was yet to be printed.

I don't know whether we get to confirm with the officer the details of the COPR if we don't have it. I took what the agent said to mean that we must answer and take the call even if we do not have the COPR and then they will tell us what to do.
Based on what i see in COPR samples really it has very basic information , first name, last name, date of birth etc which does not change
only thing that could change is last entry date, first entry date into canada . i think it also has detail on which class the pr was filed into (Cec, FSW etc)
others correct me if iam wrong

Pretty confusing new program we have there!
I received the email on dec 6, answered the email same day saying that I was available for phone interview on dec 13 but I'm flying to Europe on the 14. I've got a really fast answer that they cancel my appointment and either way they will give another one or I will land old way.
That being said, they never asked for my passport! My guessing is that they will send me to ircc office when I'll go through border in January ?

hey @snowflake16 and @ShannonP, could you possibly check your envelopes when it was dispatched?
Yes please, when were your letters dispatched? @ShannonP , @snowflake16
Sorry for the late reply! The date on the instruction letter was the 7th of december.
Just to repeat my timeline: Received the email about interview on 1st of december, interview scheduled for 13th, replied immediately and never heard back. Finally received COPR yesterday (11th). I'm based on Toronto, the letter was from Montreal.

Just received my COPR one day before the interview. Lucky me.
Timeline:
Dec 1st: Received email from CIC to join the pilot express landing program
Dec 3rd: Replied to confirm availability and information
Dec 7th: IRCC sent my COPR through regular mail from Montreal
Dec 12th(today): Received the mail with 2 copies of COPR and an instruction letter.
Dec 13th: Scheduled phone interview date

So it looks like that it takes about 3 to 4 days for Canada Post to deliver your COPR. I am hoping all the other guys that have their interview scheduled tomorrow have received their COPR already!

BTW: I live in Vancouver :)
